Moon Goddess

Encaustic on panel.  7” x 7”. 2018

“Moon Goddess” was inspired by a trip to Sicily where this image was found on a wall. The photo of that image is embedded in hot wax. Gold foil creates the halo. This piece was exhibited at the Chaffey Community Art Museum in Ontario, California in 2019.
